Our bodies were with us with every choice we ever made. Over time our bodies accumulate the impacts of everything we have experienced. Therefore, it is important to include the physical body when it comes to clearing clutter and healing our past as everything is energetically held and stored in the body.

Sacred Esoteric Healing supports us to re-connect to our innermost and to develop and deepen a relationship with ourselves, and as we do, much gets exposed. We begin to see what works and what doesn’t work – all that is untrue in our lives and that which has created the disharmony in our bodies, and has kept us locked in old patterns, behaviours and beliefs comes to the surface.

Sacred Esoteric Healing sessions are gentle hands on healing sessions performed on a massage table with the client fully clothed and covered in warm towels or blankets to support a deep surrender. Sessions typically last an hour and begin with a consultation where you can discuss any issues or topics you would like to explore in the session.
Sacred Esoteric Healing supports you to begin a process of letting go and the shedding of what you are not, so that you can return to and re-connect to your natural harmonious way of being.
Energetic Facial Release
This is a vitalising and deeply relaxing facial massage combined with the most heavenly cream to assist the release of the stored and stuck emotions in the face, supporting the peeling away of any masks we put on to go out and brace the world.
After an energetic facial clients report feeling an increased sense of stillness and a release of tension of whatever they've been holding onto at that time. Clients also frequently comment that despite it being a massage focussed solely on the face it supports a deep rejuvenation of the entire body.
