Hold the awareness that your bedroom is a Sacred Place – a place for your amazing body to rest and recharge.

Start with tidying only.

Open the curtains/blinds, let the light shine in.

Open a window, let fresh air flow in.
Clutter Buster 3 – Practical’s

Consider removing the trash bin from your bedroom.

Don’t hang washing in your sacred place.

If you would like more space maybe find a new home for the laundry basket.

Keep the floor space clear and clean.
